E-learning:)

It was a bit fus.
Since you all don't bother listening to me or joy.
I'm going to post it here.
I'm going to write what they write.
E-Learning Days:
Dates: 24th&25th February 2009
Time: 7.30am to 11.30am
*45mins per lesson

Support for students:
-Training on use of Edulearn for Sec 1
-Website updates
-Helpdesk

-Technical follow-up
-Free access lab for pupils with no internet access at home.

Expectations:
-Log in to Edulearn before the e-learning days to ensure that the account works.
-Ensure home PC/notebook has all required plug-ins.
-For CL students, if needed, there are instructions on to your computer(school website).
-Decide if you ned to come back to use school PC.
-Feedback through survey after the session.

Activities for the day:
-Check instructions on website.
-Log-in from 7.30am onwards.
-Follow time table from 7.30am to 11.30am.
-If you face problem with one lesson package, move on to another one and try again later.
-Communicate with teachers via forums/emails when necessary.

If you are coming back to school:
-Report at general office before 7.20am.
-Take temperature(pls bring ODT).
-Sign in at registration counter(contract tracing).
-Collect a PC tag and safety regulations.
-Disinfect hands.
-Proceed to Computer lab 1 or 2.
*** Interaction among pupils NOT allowed.
*** Pupils must sit at designted PCs.
*** Disinfect hands again after going toilet/recess

Reminder:
-You are expected to be at home on e-learning days.Your teachers may try to reach you if he/she cannot track you online.
-Take e-learning very seriously. The e-learning days are not holidays.
-Your teachers may give you homework(especially graduating classes) if required, over the 2 days.
